To facilitate learning interventions to meet current business needs in line with the learning and development plan and policies to meet business objectives.

**What you will love doing in this role**

**Amend and review learning programmes and learning materials**
- Amend learning programmes that are fit for purpose and meet stakeholder requirements
- Customize existing learning material for internal training
- Review feedback from stakeholders regularly and implement their recommendations and suggestions, where relevant

**Facilitate learning programmes**
- Facilitate learning programmes and associated interventions in line with the required programme standards
- Motivate and inspire learners by using appropriate learning resources
- Manage groups in line with best practice facilitation principles and in a manner that maximises the strengths of group learning while recognising the needs and requirements of individual learners
- Facilitate Refresher Training as required by Operations

**Training administration**
- Ensure that all administration relating to the training programme is completed timeously.
- Submit Monthly Training Report
- Complete Training Utilisation report daily
- Update Master Training Database weekly
- Assist with co-ordinating and scheduling of training programmes in line with the approved Training Plan
- Schedule learning programmes and book training venues

**Project managing training initiatives and other ad hoc projects**
- Assist rolling out and implementing new policies and procedures when required
- Facilitate any other training and development intervention, either soft skills or technical courses as the business requires, in line with the approved Training Plan
- Implement and monitor ad-hoc talent development projects as directed by the training manager.

**What you'll need to do this role**
- Grade 12 or Equivalent
- Previous training/coaching experience
- Previous leadership experience
- Computer literate with Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Technical knowledge of operations area processes
- Learning facilitation skills
- Planning and organising skills
- Experience working in a complex, changing, fast-paced environment
- Clear credit and criminal record
