**Position Overview**:
The Human Capital Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the Human Capital department by providing day to day human capital administrative support and contribute to the long-term development of the human capital function, in a particular during the employee life cycle, i.e., recruitment, performance, development and terminations

**Required Knowledge And Experience**
- Diploma / BCom in HR Management
- At least 3 years’ experience in HR environment ( non -negotiable )
- Advanced Skills and knowledge Expert/ Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)., Clocking system software (Ecotime)
- Metal Industry Regulations advantageous, Knowledge of Labour Law and interpretation
- Able to work accurately, with an eye for detail
- Grasp new concepts, approaches and systems easily and quickly.
- Solution driven mindset.

**Responsibilities**:
1**. Training**
- Assisting with developing a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for the company.
- Manage the creation of a training schedule, ensuring that all training is implemented on time and that all users have attained sufficient competency to perform their roles.
- Ensure all Managers authorise training costs and HR Manager authorises as well before training takes place.

2. **Performance Management**
- Ensure quarterly meetings are arranged with management and their staff.
- Ensure Target Setting and Performance Development Plans are in line with job description

3. **Probation**
- To notify all staff concerned of new staff coming on board and ensure that preparation is made for them.
- Ensure all employees receive the Employee Handbook and are made familiar with the contents/ policies and procedures.

4.**Employment Equity administration**
- Organise EE meetings quarterly per year
- Take minutes of at all EE & SD meetings scheduled.
- Distribute minutes to committee members on time

5**. ISO**
- Ensure all documents (Policies, forms and job descriptions) are ISO correct;
- Become accredited as ISO auditor.

6. **RMA Claims**
- Capture Accident / Disease information on the RMA website
- Ensure receipt of Claim number for every Injury or Disease and that it is sent off to the Medical provider
- Upload all required supporting information in relation to Injury/ Disease on the RMA website
