**Job Advert Summary**:
An opportunity has arisen for a Human Capital Data Analyst, we are looking for a motivated and result-driven Human Capital Data Analyst. In this role, you will be instrumental in the development and implementation of Human Capital Metrics in the organisation and use the data collected through systems to establish trends and recommend changes for improvements in the Human Capital Management portfolio.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration and/or Statistics.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience using human resource management systems (HRIS).
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Familiarity with HR operations in all areas of the employee lifecycle, such as recruitment, payroll, employee benefits, training and development.
- Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and capable of communicating with individuals at all levels.
- Experience on using Analytics tools such as Python, R or SPSS.
- Experience on using Business Intelligence tools such as QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau.
- Meticulous in attention to detail.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Part of core team to develop and Implement Human Capital Metrics and Analytics throughout the organisation.
- Implementing relevant HR metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce.
- Analyzing data and statistics for trends with regard to recruitment practices, motivation, turnover, training and development and compliance with employment law, but not limited hereto.
- Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems.
- Compiling reports of data results and presenting these to senior managers.
- Identifies and recommends reasonable short
- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
- Assist with data audits.
- Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Creating and delivering specialised presentations and training on Human Capital Data to Operational Human Capital Teams to drive a culture of Data Driven decision making in HR.
- Analysing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions.
