**Job Description**:
The Finance Department has vacancies for an Administrative Assistant to be appointed on a fixed term contract of four (4) months to contact customers and vendors, obtain updated information and update our records accordingly.
- Providing administrative support to external and internal clients
- Data base administration by ensuring accurate and timeous updating of information
- Document and information control according to requirements and standards
- Secure the integrity and confidentiality** **of personal **information**:
- Management of queries to ensure clients satisfaction
- Timeous recording of information on Navision
- Ensuring adherence to internal business processes, procedures and policies
- Assist with general administrative tasks
- Reception / Switchboard
Job Requirements
**Requirements**:
- A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 2 years relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Certificates in computer training would be advantageous
- Knowledge of Navision system would be advantageous
- Proven track record of taking ownership enabled by responsible and accountable behavior
