We are currently looking for a company and trust secretarial and administrator.

**Maintain and manage Corporate Secretariat**:

- Registration and deregistration of companies and close corporations
- Formation of companies and close corporations
- Supply shelf companies and shelf corporations
- Changing directors of companies and members of close corporations
- Conversion of close corporations to a company
- Changing company and close corporations’ names
- Submission of company and close corporation annual return, duties, and beneficial ownership details
- Increasing, converting, subdividing, or consolidating share capital
- Redemption and repurchase of shares.
- Amendments to Memorandum of Incorporation
- Preparation of minutes and resolutions
- Preparation of documents to effect share transfers and allotment of shares.
- Maintenance of statutory registers
- Change of financial year-ends
- Registration of defensive names
- Correspondence with CIPC and clients and other relevant tasks
- Opening new files and acquiring FICA documentation for clients
- Attend to all ad hoc duties falling within the ambit of a Company Secretarial role
- Record Keeping in accordance with the Companies Act

**Maintain and manage Trust secretarial obligations**:

- Submissions to, and communication with, the Master of the High Court,
- Trust formations - charitable, business, investment, and family
- Registration of changes to trustees of trusts
- Trust deed reviews
- Amendments to trust deeds.
- General trust administration
- Finalizing documentation and registration of any statutory amendments relating to Trusts including appointment and resignation of trustees, etc.

**General secretarial and office management and assistance from time to time
