**So, what will you do?**

As an Agile Product Manager in the Online Payment space at iKhokha, you will be responsible for defining and delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business value.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to prioritise features, create and maintain product backlogs, and ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.
- You should collaborate with Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Software Testers, Technical Architects as well as other Product Managers to make sure that everyone is working effectively and efficiently.
- Your role will involve maximising the value of the product and ensuring that it aligns with the organisation's overall strategy and objectives.

**In addition to the above, you will**:

- Deliver software increments/ sprints/ quarters so that a maximum number of customers choose to use or buy it, at a positive profit margin for the business. Shipping software Is necessary, but not sufficient.
- Responsible for defining the problem that needs to be solved, so that design and engineers can collaborate around that solution
- Deliver software increments which are intuitive to first-time users and that they love using on a daily basis. Shipping software Is necessary, but not sufficient.
- Deliver software increments in short timeframes with limited skills and resources available, by making the right trade-offs and articulating feasible solutions for the software engineers
- Track industry trends and the competitive landscape as they pertain to his or her product area, to make most informed decisions as well as to grow understanding of the competitive landscape in the business
- Contribute to everyone in the business having a solid knowledge of who our products are built for, how our products will deliver highest value to them, and key data points of how our users are effectively engaging with the product. Other stakeholders include sales, marketing, finance, risk / legal / compliance, customer support, retail partners.
- While each member of the product team may be accountable for their own area of expertise and deliverables, our Product Managers must understand and strive to build extraordinary teams, passionate about results, innovation - with context and resource they need, and working with each other effectively to swiftly deliver a quality product experience to our users.
- Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritised, refined, and accurately reflects the requirements and priorities of the product.
- Collaborate with development teams to refine user stories, acceptance criteria and other backlog items.
- Continuously groom and prioritise the backlog to ensure the most valuable features are being worked on.
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, development teams and other cross-functional teams.
- Provide clear and timely direction to the development team by maintaining a well-groomed and prioritised product backlog.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement and other Agile ceremonies.
- Make informed decisions about scope, prioritisation, and trade-offs to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.

**Deal Breakers**:

- 4+ years working on technology / software products as either a product owner, product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher
- Experience in Online Payments: Demonstrated experience in managing or developing online payment solutions, including knowledge of payment gateways, payment methods, shopping cart integrations, digital wallets, check-out processes and fraud prevention techniques.
- Regulatory Knowledge: A basic understanding of the regulatory and security requirements that surround online payments (for example 3DS and PCI-DSS)
- Technical Proficiency in eCommerce: Strong technical background with the ability to understand and contribute to discussions on API integrations, secure payment processing, and the implementation of tokenisation and encryption techniques specif
