**So, what will you do?**

You will play a pivotal role responsible for driving the success of iKhokha’s products by creating and implementing strategic marketing plans. You will need to combine a deep understanding of each product, target audience, competitor landscape and market trends to maximize product adoption, growth, and profitability.

**In addition to the above, you will**:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product's features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Align product strategies with the company's overall goals.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, distribution, promotion, and sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Keep a close watch on competitors, their products, and their marketing strategies.
- Identify opportunities and threats to the product's success.
- Define and segment target customer groups for products.
- Align and confirm buyer personas to understand their pain points, preferences, and behaviours.
- Research segments to understand behaviours and pain points to solve.
- Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with the target audience.
- Ensure consistent and effective communication across all marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results.

**Qualifications**
Completed Matric / Marketing related education

**Deal Breakers**:
At least 4 to 6 years of Marketing Management experience with the below:

- Proven experience in product marketing, with a track record of successful product launches.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, analytics, SEO tools).
- Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Any relevant experience with the below would make you a front runner for the role**:

- A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technology.
- SaaS experience advantageous
- Strategic mindset to understand how product fits into the suite of products
- Analytical to assess post campaign results and draw insights
- Collaboration across various teams (Marketing and product)
- Sales enablement
