Improve the number of days it takes before invoicing an outstanding load.

Identify errors and problems that occur frequently on PODs and pass on training to fix problem at the beginning.

Meet with POD Clerks daily to discuss outstanding PODs.

Provide guidance to POD Clerks to resolve queries.

Help to solve queries where the POD Clerks are struggling.

Submit a weekly report to management to show progress of outstanding PODs.

Monitor of over boarder loads for completeness regarding boarder documents. This is one of the client’s major risk factors. Provide guidance to POD Clerks to improve this aspect.

Ensure that POD Clerks perform their job accurately.

Handles inquiries that customers pass on regarding PODs that are missing, signatures that are short, etc.

Pass on duplication of loads to relevant Debtors Clerk if it is picked up.

Any other reasonable tasks given by management to perform.

Communicate a list to Debtors weekly of which PODs are on hand and on Paper Trail.

Monitor other Clerks that the postal parcels are delivered from other Depots.

Monitor certain Debtors income and collections.

Loads that are not yet in “Offloaded” status must be completed.

Ensure that POD clerks adhere to VIP deadlines.

Must be able to work collaboratively and independently.
