Sales Representative-ebike

**JOB PURPOSE**:
Our client prides itself by being the first local company to pioneer service, support and advice to the Ebike industry in South Africa.
Your responsibility is to provide excellent B2B service and support to both dealers and end users for the Ebike (Bosch) bicycle industry in South Africa.
You will be promoting and growing the brand through strategic B2B planning and providing dealers and end users with excellent service, support and advise.
**DUTIES**:
Provide Technical and advice support for the dealer
- Respond to end consumer calls for technical, general product support, and spare parts, etc. topics
- Advise on components for eBikes and Bosch eBike components
- Support in resolving technical or software related issues of eBikes, de-escalation and troubleshooting
- Organizing and conducting regional training
- Determine sales opportunities in the market for the Bosch eBike System. Identify needs of the market through research, planning and consulting with dealers and end-users
- Provide training and specialized advise to the dealers on site
- Implementation of regional communication measures and dealer-specific activities such as local exhibitions, dealer fairs, road shows, etc.
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of the market and competitive situation and derivation of new product ideas and market opportunities
- Identify development trends and give feedback
- Make decisions on warranty cases per company guidelines and Processing returns
- Documenting cases in a Diagnostic tool.
- Maintain and build new and stronger relationships with existing and new customers while promoting (Bosch) brand loyalty.
- High degree of motivation, ability to take initiative, flexibility, organised and provides plans and strategies to promote and grow business
- Provide sales and technical support, advise and solutions. Resolves issues, provides feedback.
- Advise and visit clients regularly, travels when and where necessary to promote and support the brand.
- Maintain updated client records, ensures stock availability, arranges technical support as and when necessary.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Able to communicate in English and Afrikaans
- Ages: from around 28 years to around 38 years).
- Valid Driver’s License. Own vehicle.
- Minimum Matric, preferably NQF5 certification or diploma
- Proven successful sales and customer support experience.
- Has a passion for bicycles (could be a cyclist) interest/experience in/or with mountain bikes/cycling/eBikes and some knowledge of the bicycle industry.
- Well versed in MS Word, Outlook
- Some marketing/advertising experience.
- Meet company targets and business expectations.
- Must be available immediately
