Company Secretarial Senior Administrator

An opportunity exists in the Company Secretarial department of Forvis Mazars; an international professional services firm to provide administration services.
This role will be based in our Gqeberha office.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Have at least 3-5 years of experience in company secretarial supportive role
- Intermediate knowledge of the Companies Act
- Prepare company secretarial documentation for Companies and Close Corporations
- Capturing info in Greatsoft
- General administration work that may be required for both Annual duties and CoSec
- Electronic filing on CoSec documentation drive
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Grade 12
- Company secretarial knowledge
- Knowledge of Greatsoft programme
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
- Good communication skills
- Be proactive
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Quality and detail orientation
