Administrative Assistant

**Requirements**:
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification will be beneficial
- At least 2 years’ experience as an admin assistant
- Basic CIPC e-services experience
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Must be willing to learn and take on new challenges
- Proficient in English
- Team player attitude a MUST
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail, judgement and decision making
- Ethical behaviour, honesty and integrity
**Duties**:
**General Administrative Assistance**
- Provide administrative support
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Attend and record minutes for meetings
- Prepare presentations, reports and correspondence
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Creating invoices and following up on payments
**Company Secretarial Assistance**
- Submission and lodgements of company forms to CIPC
- Drafting of supporting documents for submission at CIPC
- Manage update statutory changes for Group companies
