**Job Purpose**Responsibilities**:
**Function specific**:

- Execute on bid proposals in line with solutions framework (build appropriate sector relevant client bid CVPs).
- Build and develop client bid solutions in line with sector RFP frameworks and objectives.
- Build off the shelf bid solutions for targeted clients in line with targeted objectives.

**Financial**:

- Drive bid reviews to identify client cross sell/up sell opportunities per sector.
- Drive and have a holistic view of client bid profitability.
- Provide lead generation for targeted bids Pipeline Management, acquisition, and retention.
- Develop bids for client opportunities per sector to grow wallet share.

**Customer**:

- Conduct client research to understand competitor pricing, create customer value analysis (i.e. identifying additional cross-sell opportunities) and ensure client bid problem statement articulation.

**Client Value Proposition**:

- Execution of client bid CVP proposals to best meet the client need and grow Nedbank revenue.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Source and capture stakeholder requirements to execute on bid proposals / solutions.
- Identify new vendor and partner opportunities and provide feedback to Product Specialist & Product Head.
- Collaboration with stakeholders inclusive of defining and delivery of training and upskilling where needed within value chain for Sales and Client.

**Industry / Sector**:

- Conduct client change management for industry, regulatory or compliance changes.

**Risk, Internal Audit & Compliance**:

- Conduct client change management for risk and compliance changes.

**People**:

- Improve personal capability and stay abreast of developments in field of expertise by identifying training courses and career progression opportunities for self with input from management

**Essential Qualifcatiion - NQF level**
- Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree**Preferred Qualification**
- Bachelor of Business Management/Project Management or similar.- Minimum Experience Level- 5 - 8 years relevant experience in product management**Technical/Professional Knowledge**
