**Established and highly reputable IT Software Support firm representing renowned brands** is seeking a dynamic, results driven, self-motivated and technically sound individual to join their innovative team.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Development**:
- Identify and target potential enterprise clients for the Company’s software solutions
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competition
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach, networking, and collaboration with marketing
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise clients
- Understand the unique business challenges of each client and position the Company’s software solutions as effective solutions to their needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align strategies and maximize opportunities
- Present compelling product demonstrations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value of our enterprise software solutions
- **Sales Cycle Management**:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and initial contact to negotiation and closing deals
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on sales activities
- **Customer Education and Support**:
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of our software solutions
- Coordinate with the support and implementation teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
- Continuously update clients on product enhancements and industry updates
**Qualifications**:
- **Proven experience (2+ years) in enterprise software sales / similar** and relationship management
- **Technical background**, such as experience as a technical administrator, is a bonus
- Track record of **meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment**:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
**Additional Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Adaptability to evolving market conditions and industry trends
