Administrator: Claims Europcar Bruma

**Position Overview**:
The purpose of the position is to ensure accurate investigation of claims, providing meaningful feedback, timeous invoicing and adherence to performance and customer service standards, this also includes weekly and monthly claims reporting.
**Specific Role Responsibilities**:
**Job Outputs**:
- Receive and invoice damage and theft claims according to Terms and Conditions pertaining to rental
- Control and effectively manage the amount of un-invoiced claims through invoicing and within prescribed timelines
- Maintenance of claims by ensuring claim completeness before invoicing
- Report on claims related trends and analyzing claims data
- Extract claims reports from Operational core system
- Manage daily reports requested by Management, following up on areas where gaps exist or feedback is required.
- Invoice claims within a reasonable time based on merit and documentation provided
- Invoice claims for rentals, staff, third parties, agencies and external ferriers (outsourced labour companies)
- Manage vehicle write offs and stolen/ hijacked vehicles
- Communicate with branches on outstanding documents and any related disputes/ queries
- Managing adherence to document scanning and storage within specified timeframes
- Assist the Claims Manager with specific duties.
- Identification, understanding and invoicing of claims merits, also where a third party is involved
- Identification, understanding and invoicing of breach related claims, as well as breach claims reporting to Breach committee.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Minimum Experience**:
- 2 years car rental and/or claims administrator experience
**Minimum Qualification**:
- NQF level 4 (Matric or equivalent)
**Preferred Qualification**:
- NQF level 5
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Computer literate with an intermediate level of comfort with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Impress and OnBase.
- A valid, unendorsed drivers’ license.
