The Paid Advertising Specialist is an integral member the Enreach marketing team that is responsible for driving the overall strategy, execution, analysis, and optimization of paid digital campaigns. This person has a high drive to win and is expected to plan, build, manage, and optimize high-performing paid digital campaigns across a variety of paid channels such as search, social, and display. They are an experienced and analytical team member who is ultimately responsible for the paid channel mix and performance. As such, they are expected to work cross-functionally with design & development, operations, and the senior leadership team.

We are seeking creative and analytical team members with 2-3 years of experience managing and growing paid media programs through paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting campaigns.

Essential Functions:

- Lead the strategy development, project management, execution, and analysis of Paid digital campaigns in networks such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and more.
- Playing a key role in helping meet Enreach's demand-generation goals through paid media channels
- Strategizing, developing, and maintaining multiple paid advertising campaigns.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns as they relate to company goals, and providing recommendations for campaign and budget optimization
- Continuously optimizing ad copy, landing pages, and conversion path strategy for paid search and social marketing campaigns
- Researching and analyzing competitor advertising programs to drive in-market success
- Engaging with the marketing team and providing updates on performance, strategy, outcomes, and pivots

Core Competencies:

- Results-driven — A strong desire to win and work hard to build high-performing campaigns. A full understanding of funnel metrics and how to influence any of the metrics within the funnel with multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Client Focus — Dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations for internal and external clients. Able to present all projects and make recommendations to clients in both written and verbal communications with no supervision.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of paid search, paid social, and analytics experience
- Strong knowledge of multiple paid digital channels and how they work together
- Experience across various verticals including e-commerce, SaaS, and/or agency experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, proficient with Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Knowledge of current SEM and PPC best practices
- Experience working with and utilizing Google Analytics and other attribution solutions
- Experience working with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo is a plus
- Ruthless attention to detail
- Effective time management and project management skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From R10 000,00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
