As a Junior Paid Media Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our paid media campaigns, optimising ad performance, and contributing to the growth and success of our clients' businesses.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Paid Media Manager to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will collaborate with senior members of the marketing team to execute and manage paid media strategies across various digital platforms. Your focus will be on enhancing brand visibility, increasing website traffic, and generating leads through paid advertising channels. If you have a passion for data-driven marketing, a strong grasp of digital advertising platforms, and a desire to grow your career in the digital marketing industry, this position is perfect for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Campaign Execution: Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords that align with clients' goals and target audience.
- Ad Copy Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies that drive engagement and conversions.
- A/B Testing: Continuously run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify the most effective combinations.
- Budget Management: Monitor daily campaign budgets and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign data, generate reports, and provide insights to improve performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conversion Optimisation: Optimise landing pages and website elements to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Competitor Research: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including social media, content, and SEO, to ensure a holistic marketing approach.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools and ad analytics platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail when crafting ad copies and designing campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and landing page optimization is a plus.
- A self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior team members.
- Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.
