**ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Quality Management
Work with the Global and Regional teams to ensure compliance with all Quality and ISO Standards.
Facilitate all department NC’s and CAPA’s with respective SMEs within agreed timelines and coordinate on the electronic QM Smartsolve system.
Take ownership of the reviewing and updating of all department SOP's together with mentorship from SMEs, and then uploading onto AGILE system.
Prioritizes and ensures all required training activities for the stockroom department are completed timely.
Ensure department stays in sync with Health and Safety, 5S and other legal requirements.
Freight In
Review, analyze, supervise, and manage transportation activity and freight spend for assigned lanes, shipping warehouses and carriers.
Communicate investigation status reports, proposals for further investigation, etc. via oral and written reports; Develop and implement changes to existing documentation in a timely manner.
Ensure raw material stocking levels are sufficient to meet customer demand, and to recommend stock holding levels based on changing demand conditions.
Complete all administration, CRM data integrity, reports and requests within set guidelines and on time to ensure all business opportunities are fully taken advantage of and that all requested information is communicated in an accurate and standardized fashion.
Supervise all expected shipments to ensure no late deliveries are incurred due to distribution errors.
Freight Out
Handle all Freight Out within the requirements of Legal and Regulatory.
Supervise & trace all outbound shipments from delivery creation through to POD retrieval from 3PL.
Support sales management to deploy, improve, and sustain sales standard work for the management of sales funnels, account plans, weekly sales pod calls, customer business reviews, etc.
Investigation and resolution off all logistics driven issues to internal and external customers.
Responsible for resolving discrepancies between cost targets and quoted costs, crafts and delivers presentations to program executives and CFT partners.
Ensures effective and accurate product complaint data is procured, detailed, routed, resolved, and appropriately filed.
Warehouse
Ensure timely and accurate, overall, reporting of 3PL performance, inventory levels, inventory accuracy, OTD performance, processed scrap, etc.
General Administrative Duties
Upload all service provider invoices to internal statement and track payments to service providers.
Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Inbound GRNs, Freight Quotes, Shipping Literature.
Participate in the continual improvement using Danaher Business Systems (DBS) tools.
**Minimum requirements**:
High School/ Matriculation graduate.
2 years Logistics/Administrative related experience.
**Knowledge and Skills**:
Solid understanding of Incoterms.
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and sophisticated critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a Team.
