**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in a Senior position in international logistics management, preferably in a global manufacturing or distribution environment.
- 10 + years experience in international logistics.
- Ecommerce knowledge and experience would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export compliance.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems, such as ERP systems, transportation management systems (TMS), and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate the transportation of goods via air, sea, and land freight, negotiating contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including import/export laws, customs documentation requirements, tariffs, and trade agreements, to minimize risk and avoid delays in customs clearance.
- Oversee inventory levels and distribution strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory, optimizing inventory turnover and storage costs while meeting customer demand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers, evaluating their performance and negotiating contracts to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in the supply chain, such as disruptions in transportation, geopolitical instability, or natural disasters, and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of the logistics operations, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
