Office Manager/project Manager Assistant

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**
Your function will mainly be to assist the office manager with his duties and the following activities:
? Uphold the firm’s fiduciary responsibility to its shareholders
? Project Leader
? Actively market the firm and procure work
? Assist with office budgets and finances
? Assist with office human resources
? Assist clients with project inception
? Investigate alternative solutions to problems
? Compile or review technical reports
? Manage project staff with draughting, design and detailing
? Ensure ISO 9001 quality assurance standards of the office are maintained
? Keep appraised of the technical quality on project designs and drawings
? Review the project designs and drawings for projects allocated to you
? Initiate project design reviews
? Initiate Client Reviews
? Request client reference letter
? Compile project sheets
? Assist as reviewer with design reviews of other projects
? Professionally register or maintain registration
? Required to perform any other duties which may be required from time to time by the office manager
