Our client in the medical field, has an EE opportunity available for a Manager: Organisational Development to be based in the Johannesburg area.

**Requirements**:

- Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology / Organisational Development/ Human Resources/Psychology (NQF level 8)
- Master's Degree in Industrial Psychology/Human Resources will be desirable
- 8 years Organisational Development Experience
- And 5 years in a managerial position in the area of organisation development
- Knowledge of the following:

- Job Evaluation Systems
- Performance
- Organisational development practices and interventions
- Organisational design and restructuring
- Change and Transformation
- Time Management skills
- Must be able to cope under pressure
- Must have budgeting skills
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literate

KPAs:

- Develop and implement an organisational development strategy for the Organisation to align values, culture, organisational climate, and performance
- Develop and maintain career progression processes and policies for the Organisation
- Identify, develop and implement the performance management programme
- Oversee the change management process
- Monthly and annual reporting on Unit activities
- Train and develop own divisional staff
