JOB PURPOSE
- To ensure the accuracy of all rates loaded and meet client deadlines set by the Contracting GM. Provide support to front-facing business units with all queries to ensure timely and efficient resolution.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Check rates and follow documented, step-by-step internal processes to complete files accurately.
- Assist with queries on contracts and rates from various brands.
- Communicate with the relevant Contracting Executive when necessary.
- Update the Error Tracking sheet.
- Load tBucks - allocate points to back-office staff, load supplier allocations on the system (annually), and assist with tBucks bookings for select management staff.

TEAMWORK
- Proactively participate in team projects, proposals, and activities.
- Assist in areas of expertise.

REPORTING
- Provide monthly updates on Error Tracking reports to GM.
- Submit monthly feedback report to GM - including updates on tBucks, queries, and process-related challenges.

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
- Continuously develop product knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Matric / Grade 12.
- 1 year of business administration skills.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of Southern Africa (tourist attractions, seasonality, routes, distances and driving times, places of interest, geography, transport infrastructure).
- Supplier knowledge (property grading and room configurations, vehicle capacity).
- Knowledge of the Tourplan system would be advantageous.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
