**Job purpose/mandate**
A well-established, Durban North-based entity seeks Administrator.
**Specific duties and responsibilities**
*Short-Term Insurance Underwriting Administration and Claims Administration.
*Must have comprehensive knowledge of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines products.
- Administration Role includes:
- Broker Assistant
- Servicing new and existing clients
- Policy maintenance
- Annual Renewal Process
- Claims Administration
- Client Retention
*Scheduling meetings.
*Researching insurance policies and products.
*Keeping detailed computer records.
*Undertaking general administrative duties.
*Marketing services.
**Desired Experience & Qualifications**
- Matric
- FAIS qualifications: RE05, NQF4, Class of Business for Categories 1.2 and 1.6.
- Must meet the FAIS Fit & Proper requirements.
- Qualified and experienced Short-Term Insurance for Personal Lines and Commercial Lines administrator to service our existing client database
- Minimum 3 years advice experience, within the Short-Term Insurance industry.
**Expectations**
Strong relationship building skills & able to service current client base.
- Proficient in administration and high level of attention to detail.
- Computer literate
- Must be able to function well under pressure
- Short-Term Insurance for Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Product Knowledge
