Well established Short Term Insurance Brokerage situated in Umhlanga Rocks has a vacancy for a SHORT TERM CLAIMS HANDLER / NEGOTIATOR.

**Description of Role**:
To provide clients with an efficient and effective claims service and support in respect of their claims.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The registration and maintenance of all motor and non-motor claims on existing policies;
- Handling all claims until finality and within Jacana Admin mandates;
- Limited client liaison and assistance with queries; and
- Recoveries and Third Party approaches.

**Qualification/s & Experience**:
− Full qualification at NQF Level 4.
− Class of Business Training (if applicable).
− FAIS Regulatory Exam (RE5).
− Minimum of 2 - 3 years relevant experience.

**Skills**:− Attention to detail and a systematic, thorough approach;
− Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
− Excellent conflict handling skills;
− Highly competent with MS Office suite, paperless environment & Workflow experience.
Behavioral Attributes:
− A strong focus on customer service delivery, professionalism and integrity;
− The ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining good humour and effectiveness throughout;
− Team player.

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Certificate (required)

**Experience**:

- Commercial and Personal Insurance CLaims: 5 years (required)
- Short Term Claims: 5 years (required)
