Our client is seeking a **Senior Legal Advisor (Perfection of Security, Legal Recoveries, Loans and Economic Development Fund)** to join their team, based in East London for a 5-Year contract. Successful candidate will be (a) providing legal services relating to drafting, custody and perfection of securities for loans, and providing legal support for collection of outstanding loans; (b) providing legal services support to the organisation; (c) project finance services (i.e. drafting, review, negotiations and re-negotiations in respect of project finance), as well as commercial and corporate finance transactions for the organisation and its subsidiaries. Minimum Requirements:

- *Bachelor's Degree in the legal field, e.g. LLB or B. Com Law and admission as a practicing Attorney *Minimum of 10 years legal practice and/or advisory experience in a corporate environment, 5 years of which should be post-admission as an attorney or advocate with relevant work experience at middle management or senior consultant level *Knowledge of Corporate Law and/or Legal Recoveries is essential.
