They are looking for an **Corporate Social Responsibility Manager** at their **Stellenbosch** office.

**Overview**:
The Corporate Social Responsibility Manager will oversee all aspects of ethical, sustainable, and environmental responsibilities within the organization, including socioeconomic development and nature conservation initiatives. This role involves establishing and managing the Foundation to ensure a positive impact on communities and the environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implementation and administration of the Foundation.
- Managing of the social responsibility budget in line with the strategic objectives.
- Organising fund-raising events to ensure a sustainable income stream to supplement social responsibility efforts.
- Manage all requests for funding and conduct regular site visits to beneficiaries.
- Monitoring and evaluation of community social investment projects.
- Ensure proper due diligence is completed for all new beneficiaries.
- Organising teambuilding activities for employees where they get the opportunity to take part in community projects.
- Responsible for Socio-Economic Development and Enterprise Development elements.
- Working with the Marketing Department to raise public awareness of the social responsibility efforts.
- Responsible for managing the Cape Columbine Conservancy.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Relevant degree or qualification in Humanities / Social Sciences / Development Economics or related field (advantageous)
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar role
- Project management and community development experience (advantageous)

**Competencies**:

- Strong administration and management skills
- Effective at building and maintaining internal and external relationships
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proactive, independent, and results-driven
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
- Knowledge of Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act and Codes
- Familiarity with community social investment trusts or similar entities
- Proficient in project management and strategy execution
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong numerical skills with attention to detail and budget management ability
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
