**Introduction**
- Through our client-facing brands Metropolitan and Momentum, with Multiply (wellness and rewards programme), and our other specialist brands, including Guardrisk and Eris Property Group, the group enables businesses and people from all walks of life to achieve their financial goals and life aspirations.**Role Purpose**
- We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our dynamic Group Brand & Marketing team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various functional areas within our department. This internship is designed to provide exposure to different facets of marketing and contribute to the success of our organisation's marketing initiatives.**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree/diploma in marketing, graphic design, communications, event management, public relations, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
- Immediately available.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Functional Areas**:
**Internal Marketing**:

- Assist in developing and implementing internal communication strategies to engage employees and promote company culture.
- Support the execution of internal campaigns, newsletters, and events to drive employee engagement and alignment with organisational goals.

**External Marketing**:

- Support the team in crafting and driving innovative brand marketing, engagement, and communication that will drive brand awareness and ambassadorship.

**Brand Experience Support**:

- Assist the team as a receptionist, providing a positive and welcoming brand experience for visitors and clients.

**Finance & Operations**:

- Support the marketing team with budget tracking and expense reporting.
- Assist in streamlining marketing operations processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

**Graphic Design or Multimedia**:

- Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content for various marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Corporate Social Investment (CSI)**:

- Support the planning and execution of corporate social responsibility initiatives and partnerships.
- Assist in managing relationships with community partners and stakeholders to drive positive social impact.

**Events & Sponsorships**:

- Assist in coordinating logistics for events, vendor management, and attendee coordination.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution and enhance attendee experience.
