AGI Financial Services is looking for a finance and administration Officer for our offices based in Randburg, Ferndale.

**The primary objective of the role is as follows**:
Perform Financial and administrative procedures associated with processing and capturing of payments and receipts, reconciling, and maintaining accounts, registers and information related to the receipts and payment activities. Attend to general office support/clerical activities complying with specific requirements and/ or instructions.

**Minimum knowledge and experience required are as follows**:
Be able to operate a financial management system (SAGE Accounting)
Be able to review and verify financial and non-financial documents and data.
Reconcile payment, receipts, and accounts.
Systematic filling of documents.
Liaising with relevant stakeholders pertaining to financial and administrative matters.
Accurately capture data.
Be able to draft and review agreements.
Calculate and process claims and refund.
Calculate fees and commission received and paid.
1 - 2 years’ experience in finance/accounting department.
0 - 1 year experience in HR/Payroll administration.

**Minimum qualification**:
Grade 12/Matric
Diploma in accounting or finance (degree added advantage)

**Skills or attributes**:
Strong numerical skills
Excellent administrative skills
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail.
