Swahili speaking Customer Service Consultants

Our client is in search of Swahili speaking Customer Service Consultants to join their teams based in Cape Town, Durban, and Johannesburg.

During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Answer incoming communications from customers.
- Phoning customers back with relevant feedback
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.
- Listen actively to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions to resolve issues promptly.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further investigation and resolution.

**Requirements**:
Fluent Swahili
- 1+ years or more of customer service experience
