- To improve internal and external stakeholder relations in line with the strategic and management needs of QMD.
- To support the Quality Management Directorate in the implementation of institutional policies, procedures and systems
- To entrench a quality assurance approach that is developmental and reflexive.
- To enhance the capacity of staff and students to engage in quality initiatives.
- To participate in the development of, monitoring and evaluation of, and reporting on quality improvement plans at institutional, faculty and departmental levels.
- Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience- Honours’ Degree or Postgraduate Diploma qualification.
- At least 5 years working experience in the public higher education quality assurance environment.
- Proven experience in coordinating quality assurance activities such as programme accreditation, qualification reviews, quality improvement plans and quality promotion in the public Higher Education environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of the higher education regulatory environment.
- Report writing and research data analysis skills.
