- **Qualifications & Experience**_
Grade 12 (essential)
MS Office: Excel (essential) (advanced skills)
Computer Literacy: MS Office (essential)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration/data entry
Previous experience in quality department will be beneficial
- **Duties**_
Capturing quality related data.
Analysis of quality related data.
Printing of documentation required for manufacturing processes.
Storage and management of brake information as received from suppliers.
Address any concerns pertaining to quality and brake information with the different business functions.
Assist technical and/or production personnel with the retrieval of quality and brake information as requested.
Assist with the compilation of project plans for projects
Ad hoc weekly audits and reporting.
Assist with the review/standardisation of company procedures/records
Assist with research activities.
Evaluate problems and identify possible areas for improvement.
Compilation and submission of weekly and monthly progress to Supervisor.
Bi-weekly progress meeting and compilation of minutes.
Assist with general/ad hoc duties as required from time to time.
