Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Liaison to join our team at Armstrong Appointments. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving growth and supporting the CEO.

The successful candidate will have 5 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. A diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.

Main Responsibilities
  • Personal Assistant Duties:
    • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
    • Handle correspondence, including emails and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
    • Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and events.
    • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and easy access.
  • Marketing Support:
    • Conduct thorough user research to gather insights on customer behavior, preferences, and trends.
    • Develop detailed user personas and journey maps based on research findings.
    • Assist in creating and refining campaign briefs that align with user insights and marketing objectives.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that campaigns are user-centric and data-driven.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
    • Organize events, workshops, and meetings, including logistics and attendee management.
    • Handle expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience conducting user research and developing marketing insights is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum
