Role Location:

The Role & Key Responsibilities:
Helpdesk telephonic support
User desk-side support
Basic Network support
First line Microsoft Exchange / Office support
Documentation of procedures
Installation of new desktop equipment
Assisting in computer and associated equipment moves
Skills Required:
Primarily must have excellent people skills to present a professional and positive
business attitude to all other areas of the business while delivering the service.
Good troubleshooting skills, able to resolve issues in an efficient and timely
manner so as to minimise the time business users are impacted by ICT down
time.
Team Player
Attention to detail when investigating and resolving issues
Skill and experience with Active Directory
A solid knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP and Windows 10 (2-3 years
experience)
Good administration, documentation and communication skills.
Conscientious and reliable self-starter to work through the assigned trouble
tickets with the team.
Fast learner, eager to grow with good initiative.
Must be willing to work flexible hours.
MCSE/A+ or similar qualification will be advantageous.
