**Position**: Freelance Part-Time Marketing Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Development**: Contribute to the development and evolution of Tutor Doctor's brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- **Digital Marketing**: Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive online visibility and reach our target audience effectively.
- **Design Capabilities**: Utilize your design skills to create visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics, infographics, and promotional materials.
- **Support function**: Support the Tutor Doctor Franchisees with ad hoc requests.

**Qualifications**:

- **Marketing Experience**: Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on brand development, social media, and digital marketing strategies.
- **Design Skills**: Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually compelling marketing materials.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to the table for effective marketing campaigns.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms for social media management, analytics, and campaign tracking.
- **Self-Motivated**: Capable of working independently, managing projects, and meeting deadlines.
