**TENDERS Co-ordinator**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
As the Tenders Co-ordinator, you will work with our General Tenders Division Manager and will work with a team of least 3 members to coordinate tender responses, but also marketing presentations and sales documents that may be requited from our clients.

**KEYS DELIVERABLES**:

- Respect of deadline
- Marketing
- Coordinate and compile tender responses on behalf of subsidiaries world wide
- Provide presentations and other sales support documents for salespersons globally
- Provision of Partnership Agreements, Customs information and other legal documentation
- Internal processes and Operational requirements
- Customer Satisfaction and Service

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- English first language
- Excellent writing skills
- University degree and/or a formal professional Marketing qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in a tenders, bidding, sales, communication or procurement environment
- Able to function well in a highly pressurized, deadline-driven environment
