**Role Purpose**

As a Broker Sales Administrator you will handle quote requests from brokers. Your role would require you to be
fast and accurate, so attention to detail is critical to this position. You will interact directly with the Broker Sales
Advisers on daily basis, ensuring that quote requests reaches them in a timeous manner with a 100% capturing
quality.

**Requirements**:

- Matric or qualification equivalent to matric
- At least one year experience in a call center environment

**Duties & Responsibilities**

The Broker Sales Administrator will primarily be responsible for converting leads into quotes with minimum
quantity and quality targets that are in place including, but not limited to:

- Monthly quote volumes
- Complaints to workload ratio
- Quality audit target
- Service level KPI's

**Competencies**
