A luxury African safari company offering personalized trips throughout the African continent base in Cape Town seeks a CRM & Content Manager to join their dynamic team.

The CRM & Content Manager will lead efforts in managing customer relationships through

engagement using our CRM platform and oversee the creation and distribution of engaging

content across various channels. This role combines technical CRM knowledge with creative

content strategy and development to enhance our brand's presence and drive customer loyalty

and sales.

**Responsibilities**

1) Hubspot / CRM Management

a) Best in-house Hubspot expert

b) Oversee the day-to-day management of the CRM platform, ensuring accurate

segmentation, data management, and analysis of customer interactions.

c) Develop and implement CRM strategies to nurture the database and contacts

moving them through the sales funnel and converting them into opportunities and

repeat & referral business.

d) Monitor and analyze customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for

engagement and conversion.

e) Understanding customer personas, visitor's journeys, funnels, CTAs, Intent and

segmentation

f) Regular feedback sessions with each HOD providing feedback on performance

of database marketing/newsletters.

2) **Content Management**

a) Execute on the content strategy

b) B2B content strategy ensuring brand alignment between the various divisions

c) Delivering one newsletter per division

d) Reporting and follow-up action on all newsletters

e) Video content strategy

3) **Brand & Website**

a) Manage travel awards

c) Website maintenance

**Requirements**:
1) Previous experience working on Hubspot, building automations, workflows, forms and

journeys.

2) Previous experience working in a digital content or marketing agency environment.

3) An advanced level of computer literacy on platforms such as Canva, Asana, HubSpot (or

similar CRM), Google Docs, Dropbox, WordPress / Webflow - Adobe Software

advantageous.

4) Well organised with the ability to prioritise and focus.

5) Responsible and diligent with a track record of performance.

6) Enquiring mind with the ability to think outside the box.

7) Positive, mindful, and compassionate.

8) Self-starter with a can-do attitude.

9) Ability to effectively listen, communicate and perform diplomatically.

10) Ability to work independently as well as within a group.

11) Able to work through periods of high demand.

12) Able to work in a fast paced, at times stressful environment.

13) Good visual eye.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R50 000,00 - R55 000,00 per month
