**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- HR Qualification advantageous
- 5 years prior recruiting and talent acquisition experience, preferably in both agency and corporate environment
- Experience working in the said role within the transport and logistics industry is a must
- Ability to work to targets and deliver results
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Excellent all round communication skills
- Experience working with an ATS as well as other recruitment/acquisition tools needed as well as MS Office and Outlook
- Principles and techniques of human resources management
- Methods and techniques of recruitment, selection and placement
- Creative sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies
- Reporting

**Duties**:

- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process
- Facilitate recruitment from defining skill needs to building the talent pool and placement
- Develop social media and event-based recruiting opportunities to identify applicants and secure referrals
- Identify, develop, and promote diverse recruiting sources and methods
- Research, identify and implement recruiting trends
- Utilise proactive recruiting techniques, develop industry contacts and select qualified individuals who will provide added value to the department, business objectives and the Company
- Document all interactions, screening results and recruitment metrics
- Engage the recruitment technology for job posting process and maximise system capabilities working within the SOPs and requisition management guidelines
- Works with HR Partners to develop interview questions
- Utilize and promote behavioural interview techniques
- Provides interview and career development feedback to employees, as requested
- Develop and prepare salary offers
- Participates in the on-boarding process
- Represent the company and build relationships with colleges/universities, career centres, agencies, job fairs as well as other outside vendors, etc
- Support the Affirmative Action Plans for specified requisitions/functional areas
- Utilize no cost or low cost recruiting methods to manage expense controls to allow achievement of targets and budget
- Manage support vendors and agencies
- Monthly Recruitment KPI reporting
