**Overview & Key Responsibilities**

This role is responsible for processing all the required documentation for all outstanding invoices on the relevant Third-Party Payment Company (TPPC) as chosen by the customer, in accordance with Air Products Accounts Receivable Collection Policies.

Key areas of responsibility for this role include, but are not limited to:

- Extracting invoices from all related accounts;
- Planning, matrix reporting and constant communication on various platforms with all related Internal departments;
- Responsible for general ad hoc activities;
- Adhering to safety and ensuring proper housekeeping.

**Essential Requirements**

1. Matric with Bookkeeping/Accounting;
2. Minimum 2 years general administration in receivables;
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential;
4. Deadline driven, ability to work under pressure;
5. Must be willing to travel as and when required;
6. Must have valid and unendorsed driver’s license;
7. Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Suite, Teams and the JDE system.
