Solar Senior Field Sales Agent

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Senior Field Sales Agent with a strong sense of community to join our clients successful company in the solar energy sector.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales or a related field
- Strong network in businesses that could be influenced for residential solar installations (estate agents, property developers etc.)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the solar industry is an advantage but not mandatory
- Exposure to CRM tools and Social Media for marketing
- Extremely organised with exceptional pipeline management
- Own vehicle essential and valid driver’s license
**Responsibilities**:
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Conducting product presentations/demonstrations to potential customers/businesses
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Managing all promotional activities
- Collecting and analysing data to provide valuable insights on the region
- Aware of regional activity and “touch points” via social media platforms
- Site visits and the conclusion of the sale
- Ongoing referral engagement and activation
Remuneration: Is dependent on skill level and experience
