Solar Sales Engineer

What Youll Do
- Technical Sales Expertise: Understand customer needs, assess technical requirements, and offer tailored solar and electrical solutions to fit their goals.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients by explaining technical details, offering product demonstrations, and clearly communicating project benefits and ROI.
- Project Analysis: Perform site evaluations, system design proposals, and feasibility studies to ensure cost-effective, high-impact solutions for each client.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and project management teams to ensure smooth project transitions from sale to implementation.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the renewable energy market to boost company growth.
What Were Looking For
- Background in Electrical Engineering or Solar Systems: Proven experience in solar energy solutions or electrical sales, with a strong grasp of photovoltaic technology and energy efficiency.
- Sales Savvy with a Technical Edge: A natural sales acumen combined with the ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable, persuasive way.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying customer challenges and crafting impactful solutions.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trust and inspiring confidence in our products and services.
- Knowledge of Industry Standards: Familiarity with local codes, regulations, and compliance requirements for solar and electrical installations.
