**About the role**

As the **Marketing Manager** for our Industrial Technology division, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to target the manufacturing sector and related system integrators. Your expertise in B2B marketing, combined with your knowledge of the manufacturing industry and industrial automation solutions, will be instrumental in expanding our customer base, nurturing client relationships, and positioning our brand as a trusted partner in the field of industrial technology.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to promote our industrial automation solutions and services to manufacturing companies and system integrators.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key market segments, customer needs, and industry trends, informing the development of targeted marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and presentations, highlighting the value proposition of our industrial automation solutions for manufacturing sector customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives, supporting lead generation, nurturing, and conversion throughout the sales funnel.
- Develop and maintain a strong online presence for our brand, ensuring our website and social media platforms effectively communicate our expertise and value proposition.
- Identify industry events, trade shows, and conferences relevant to the manufacturing and industrial automation sectors, coordinating our participation and maximizing brand exposure.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with industry associations and relevant stakeholders to expand our reach and drive collaborative marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, generating actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities, sharing relevant insights and recommendations with the team to maintain our competitive edge.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
- Provide regular reports and updates on marketing activities, campaign results, and progress towards marketing goals to stakeholders and senior management.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Post-graduate degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a B2B Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial automation sectors.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, with a focus on lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry, industrial automation solutions, and the role of system integrators.
- Experience developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns targeting B2B customers, including digital marketing, content marketing, and trade show participation.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create impactful marketing collateral and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
