**ANEW Hotels & Resorts** are seeking an experienced** Area HR Officer** to oversee the HR operations for 4-5 properties, playing a key role in shaping and executing HR strategy across multiple locations. In this dynamic and multifaceted position, you will drive recruitment, talent development, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal standards.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Proven experience in managing HR operations across multiple locations or properties is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and labor laws.
- Sound knowledge of the different HR functions, most especially IR and Recruitment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead HR projects effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to travel between properties as needed.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs
