**Position Title: Mobile Device Specialist Division: ICT Services**

**Reports to: ICT Field Service Manager Business Unit: ICT**

**Primary Objective**:
We are looking to hire an experienced Mobile Device Administrator to look after the

service and maintenance needs of our internal customers. As a Mobile Device

Administrator, you will be required to travel to various support locations, install new

equipment, respond to service requests, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide

technical training on company equipment. To ensure success as a Mobile Device Administrator, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to adapt to a changing work schedule. Ultimately, a

top-level Mobile Device Administrator, efficiently manages all service callouts, providing

high-quality service and repairs for any job size.

**Specific Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Implementation of new software Device testing, setup, and enrolment
- Development of training material
- Compiling manuals for troubleshooting of devices and software
- Stock Management
- Process Management
- Process Mapping
- Management of incoming and outgoing stock deliveries
- Management of stock levels in line with SLA
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting
- Device Management through MDM
- Completion of Helpdesk service calls
- Providing support Nationally to all users
- Office administration and general administrative duties
- Day to day co-ordination of operational tasks related to area of responsibility.
- Traveling to and from branches as and when needed

**Qualifications: One or more of the following**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Clear criminal record and no pending cases

**Knowledge and experience**:

- 3-5 Years’ experience as a device administrator
- The ability to work independently
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Able to demonstrate good knowledge and experience in problem solving, analytical skills and organizational skills
- Advanced Excel, MS Word, and Power Point proficiency
- Knowledge of MDM processes
- Knowledge of device management software (Intune, Manage Engine)
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflict effectively
- Ability to handle work related stress and work effectively under pressure
- Ability to work independently and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic

**Mobile Device Specialist Position Specific Requirements**:

- Own reliable transport is required as the technician will be required to travel to sites for onsite support from time to time

**General requirements**
- Standby, overtime and shift work maybe required
