**Beekman** is searching for an **Invoicing Clerk** to join the team in **Belville/Stikland**. the successful incumbent will be responsible for creating invoices for OEM, Dealerships and Agents, ensuring all invoices are accurate, and resolving billing errors.

**Requirements**:

- Matric and 1-2 years bookkeeping experience
- 2-3 years Syspro experience
- Clear criminal record

**Key performance indicators**
- Receiving all DSO paperwork from depots and agents - obtain the outstanding order reports from the manufacturers and pro-actively follow up on outstanding paperwork.
- Verify the completeness of the documentation received and give feedback where incomplete paperwork or late submissions are received.
- Invoicing the DSO's out to the manufacturers and sending out copy invoices to the dealer network, as required.
- Ensure that invoices and supporting documentation are filed in numerical order.
- Handing over the fitment fee for processing and payment.
- Processing the manufacturers' payments and allocation of those payments.
- Following up on queries and outstanding invoices.
- Ensuring that the correct prices are charged for DSO codes and that the Dealer number is correct on each invoice.
- Maintain good relations with the manufacturers, dealer network and agent network at all times.
- Monthly DSO reviews on all matters pertaining to the DSO system.
- Follow up on open DSO job cards / delivery notes at the depots.
