This 3-month contract - it could be longer - is ideal for an experienced CREDITORS CLERK / ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ADMINISTRATOR to join this dynamic and busy team. With your WEALTH of experience, you will assist a busy team in taking the pressure off them. In short, we seek a knowledgeable person with a great personality and skillset.

You will have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position and be responsible for the entire creditor's process - from invoice capturing to reconciliations. Working in a high volumes environment and dealing with multiple departments will be part of your experience. Computer programs working on will be EXCEL and SAP.

**Qualifications** will be Grade 12 / Matric and a relevant finance qualification will be to your advantage.

**Duties**:

- Responsible for the entire procure to pay process within profile
- Processing and matching of all invoices using 3 way matching technique
- Request for invoices, proof of deliveries and supporting documents for any and all unprecessed documents from suppliers, buyers and or site personnel
- Resolve all supplier reconciling items and supplier queries within the month and ensure that suppliers are paid timeously on due dates in accordance with set trading terms
- Reconcile supplier accounts monthly and ensure that the account is in a current state
- Ensure that purchase orders, receipt report (GR/IR), age analysis, MRBR reports etc. are reviewed and resolved timeously
- Meet all deadlines as outlined within department

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
