Recruiting for a Office Administrator to provide administrative support.
**Requirements**:
- National Senior Certificate; Senior Certificate or a National Certificate (Vocational) Level 4 qualification - on NQF L4.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet).
- Telephone etiquette.
- The ability to work independently and work under pressure.
- Ability to deal with the public.
- Good administration, record keeping and time management
**Duties**:
- Support the implementation of the operational plan of the unit.
- Provide administrative support
- Assist walk in clients
- Prepare waybills for parcels to be dispatched with courier.
- Assist with the calls received from the public.
- Management of the filing system in the unit.
- Maintain the unit's electronic and hard copy files per the file plan.
- Manage the flow of documents in and out of the unit.
