looking for a highly motivated, fluent English speaking:
**Human Resources Business Partner (M/F/d)**
The Human Resources EMEA Team is responsible for overseeing the entire employee life cycle in our

offices in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Human Resources Team is a trusted, strategic partner

delivering best-in-class services and organizational development solutions that contribute to the success

of The IRONMAN Group through the attraction, retention and engagement of a talented and diverse

workforce.

**Your key Responsibilities**- Managing full-cycle Human Resources processes to include Talent Acquisition,

Onboarding, Hiring / Separations and employment changes in South Africa and possibly

additional countries across the EMEA Region
- Developing, implementing and managing all Human Resources administration processes

and procedures while ensuring compliance with local employment law
- Overseeing and managing payroll processes for the offices in Port Elizabeth and Cape Town
- Maintaining appropriate employee records, reports and logs as requested by applicable

laws for compliance as well as assisting in periodic audits of Human Resources, Payroll and

Benefits systems and take necessary steps to correct discrepancies
- Assisting with the management control section of BBBEE (Broad-Based Black Economic

Empowerment)
- Liaising with third party service providers regarding Employment Equity, Skills

Development &payroll benefits
- Developing and Managing Talent Acquisition processes and programs across EMEA

Region
- Leading and supporting diverse HR projects across EMEA Region

**Your skills and competencies**
- Completed business degree (Bachelor or Master) with a focus on human resources or a

comparable qualification
- Around 5 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources Management,

ideally in an international company
- Experience in Employment Equity Reporting as well as in Skills Workplace Plan

submissions and relevant SETA requirements
- Must be People Focused with excellent interpersonal, intercultural and communication

skills as well as able and willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent analytical skills, hands on mentality, able to multi-task and show proper level of

time management and confidentiality
- Understanding of various HR software systems and excellent skills in MS Office
- Fluency in written and spoken English, a second European language is an advantage
- Willingness to travel between offices in Cape Town and Port Elizabeth as well as

international
