Office Admin/customer Liaison

Position review
Responsibilities.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and maintaining records.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and events as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient resolution of customer enquiries.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Wheelwish products, services and policies to effectively assist customers.
**Requirements**:
High School diploma or equivalent, any further qualification would be preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills,both verbal and written.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
