Kempton Park, South Africa F and G Sourcing Specialist Full time

Our FMCG/ Tooling Client is currently looking for a Receptionist/POD Admin Clerk based in Kempton Park

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 and additional qualifications will be advantageous
- Receptionist duties: Answering calls/forwarding calls/ take and forward messages.
- Admin Driver trip sheet daily checks - check po's returned against trip sheets.
- Copy/scan and capture pods + POD report.
- Manual books - monitor Manual books - Manual invoiced etc.
- Cash Sales - manage cage sale report - pod - copy/scan and capture pods.
- Petty cash - Manage petty cash box - Must be take ownership of cash box manage and compile petty cash weekly report and submit weekly - Manager to sign off weekly.
- Assist manager weekly with contract staff time sheets and submit.
- Filing - branch transfers/supplier invoices. Receive branch sick notes - forward to head - office - HR
- Assist with leave forms - 2 managers that can sign - forward to head office.
- Keep branch staff file up to date etc.
- Order branch stationary - monthly basis.
- Tracker - assist Branch Manager if and when sales staff change to book tracker fitment and removals etc.

Salary Range

R7 0000 - R8000 pm neg depending on experience.

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kempton Park, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 3 years (required)
- Administrator: 3 years (required)
- Capturing and processing of PODs: 3 years (required)
