Our client's Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Enablement team is seeking a Journey Lead to guide the clarification of business requirements and work within the IT team to ensure they are delivered effectively. The Journey Lead will be accountable for creating a shared understanding of the intended outcomes of the business requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure effective delivery of user stories and adherence to quality standards.
Facilitate and participate in discovery/inception workshops to create a shared understanding of user needs and potential technology solutions.
Identify user journeys and map out how users will go through the system.
Work ahead of the team to get clarity on requirements.
Create relevant user stories and testing acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze functional needs and user story requirements.
Groom user stories through business interviews, workshops, or procedures and ensure they come together as a cohesive whole.
Support the IT team in showcasing developed solutions to stakeholders.
Drive Workday adoption and usage, including the training and communication plan.
Input into test cases for the system.
Clarify the goals and business value of Minimal Viable Solution / Features.
Review user stories with the Product Owner from a strategic point of view.
Provide regular feedback by testing the deliverables against a user story's acceptance criteria.
Provide regular feedback by validating that the product meets the business goals.
Provide support and input into system testing activities, including the development of the testing approach, test cases, and testing scenarios.
Collaborate with the team to deliver on backlog.
Create a shared understanding of what the product is supposed to do.
Collaborate with the rest of the feature team to ensure effective delivery of stories and adherence to quality standards.
Engage developers, testers, and user experience team to understand business context.

**Requirements**:
Exposure to and experience with Human Capital Systems highly advantageous.
Broad knowledge and experience in end-to-end solution design.
Business analysis knowledge and expertise.
Experience in business and data analysis, solutions design, and testing.
